Michelle Buckner is a results-driven commercial real estate professional with over a decade of experience. She specializes in the leasing and sales of office, medical, and industrial properties across the Greater Los Angeles and Ventura County markets. Michelle has successfully negotiated and closed transactions totaling over 1.5 million square feet of office, industrial, and flex properties across Southern California. Her track record includes representing national clients, legal and accounting firms, medical providers, and small to mid-size businesses, consistently securing favorable terms and navigating competitive markets with precision.
She successfully led the national expansion of the Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD), growing its footprint from 23 to over 150 locations nationwide — demonstrating her ability to manage complex, multi-site transactions and deliver competitive results across markets.
